Coromatic Norway appoints new Managing Director

As of January 1, 2026, Inge Restad Paulsen will assume the role of Managing Director of Coromatic Norway. He succeeds Leif Lippestad, who is stepping down after more than ten years in the position.

– To realize Coromatic’s new Nordic strategy in the coming years, we need a long-term perspective. Together with Leif, we have concluded that this is the right time to review the leadership role in Norway, says Peter Neuberg, CEO of Coromatic Group.

Since 2015, Leif Lippestad has been a key driver of Coromatic’s growth and position in Norway within critical infrastructure for backup power and data centers. He has led the development of a strong service organization, the integration of several companies under the Coromatic brand, and played a central role in the Group’s ongoing strategy to build one unified Nordic organization.

– I look back on an eventful decade characterized by growth, integration of several companies, and the consolidation of our operations at our Kjeller headquarters. In recent years, global security developments have also made Coromatic an especially relevant and interesting company to be part of. I am grateful for the cooperation with colleagues, customers, and partners, and I look forward to supporting a smooth transition, says Lippestad.

Incoming Managing Director, Inge Restad Paulsen, joins from the position of COO at Securitas Technology Norway. He brings broad leadership experience from technology-driven markets, including as CEO and COO of Techstep, and in senior leadership roles at Eltel and Sønnico.

– It is a great honor, and I am excited to lead Coromatic Norway into its next phase. Critical infrastructure has always been essential, but it is becoming increasingly vital in the face of rapid digitalization, today’s security situation, and society’s demand for reliable operations. I look forward to working with our talented colleagues to deliver on this important mission, says Paulsen.

Neuberg thanks Lippestad for his contribution and welcomes Paulsen:

Lippestad will remain in Coromatic until the end of January to ensure a smooth handover.
